panda99bet FAQ — Questions and Answers for Myanmar Players

Shan Koe Mee is a traditional card game that has been played in Myanmar for many years. Players compete against a dealer, trying to get as close to a card total of 30 as possible, and the winner is decided by which side is closer. At panda99bet, you can play directly against a live dealer in Live Casino format, so you get that classic experience right on your phone.

Yes. The panda99bet website works fully on mobile browsers. Whether you're on Android or iOS, you can play Shan Koe Mee, 2D lottery, and Crash games directly from your phone without downloading any extra app. You'll get a smooth experience no matter what screen size you're on.

2D lottery results are tied to Myanmar's official lottery draw numbers. When results are announced, you can check them directly in the 2D lottery section on the panda99bet website to see instantly whether your numbers match, and any winnings will appear in your account almost immediately.

3D lottery is similar to 2D but uses three digits, so the odds and payouts are higher. Results can be viewed instantly in the lottery section on panda99bet after the official announcement. You can pick any three digits you like and place bets in various ways, which is why many players find it more fun than 2D.

Yes. panda99bet supports two-step verification, which sends a one-time OTP code to your phone number each time you log in. This gives your personal information and funds an extra layer of protection. You can turn it on or off in Account Settings, and we recommend keeping it on.

Change your password right away, then contact panda99bet's 24/7 Live Chat. The support team can temporarily lock your account and investigate. Also keep in mind that no service — including panda99bet — should ever ask for your login details. Anyone who does is not legitimate.

panda99bet uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption, which means your personal and financial information is very unlikely to be intercepted from outside. Data is stored with bank-level protection and, as stated in our privacy policy, will never be sold to third parties.

An OTP code is a one-time code used to verify your account. No one should ever ask for it — including panda99bet staff. If anyone requests this code by phone or chat, they are not legitimate. Cut off contact immediately and report it to us through the official support channel.

panda99bet's Customer Support is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week without exception. Based on Myanmar Standard Time (MMT, UTC+6:30), you can reach out via Live Chat at any time — even late at night — and get a near-instant response.

Yes. panda99bet's In-Play (Live Betting) service lets you bet while a match is in progress, covering options such as next goal, corners, and which team scores next. Odds update in real time as the match unfolds, so you'll need to decide quickly to lock in the odds you want.

A handicap gives the stronger team a virtual deficit so that the betting value on both sides becomes more even. For example, if Team A is given a -1.5 handicap, Team A must win by at least 2 goals for your bet to win. A 1-0 win for Team A still counts as a loss once the handicap is applied.

An accumulator (Acca) is a bet that combines 2 or more matches into one. The odds of each match are multiplied together to calculate the payout. The more matches you add, the higher the potential return — but if even one match loses, the entire stake is lost. New players are advised to start with small amounts.
